Create your account

Go to the dashboard and click Create Account. Enter your email, set a password, and optionally name your bot. You'll be guided through a quick setup wizard.

Add your knowledge base

Navigate to Knowledge Base in the sidebar. You can add entries three ways:

• Manual: Type questions and answers directly
• CSV Upload: Upload a CSV with Q&A columns
• PDF Upload: Upload documentation as PDF — text is extracted automatically

The more knowledge you add, the better your bot answers. Start with your top 20-30 FAQs.

Customize your bot

Go to Settings to configure:

• Branding: Bot name, avatar, colors, welcome message
• AI Behavior: System prompt and model selection
• API Keys: Add your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini key
• Topics: Define conversation tags for analytics
• Lead Capture: Collect visitor name/email before chat
• Notifications: Get email alerts for flagged conversations

Install on your website

Go to Install Widget and copy the embed code. Paste it before the closing </body> tag on any page where you want the chat widget to appear.

The widget loads asynchronously and won't slow down your website. It appears as a chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.

Monitor and improve

Use the dashboard to track your bot's performance:

• Dashboard: Conversation counts, ratings, topics, languages
• Conversations: Read full chat transcripts, filter by topic
• Learning: Review flagged conversations, teach the bot new answers

The bot's self-learning system flags questions it can't answer confidently. Your team writes the correct answer, and the bot learns it for next time. Within weeks, it handles 80-90% of conversations autonomously.
